Wonders of the Delta

At Wonders of the Delta, each kit is thoughtfully packed by hand. Please review our shipping policies carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During peak seasons, launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Any extended timelines will be clearly communicated on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

We ship via USPS and other reliable carriers as needed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delivery Time

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Wonders of the Delta is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather delays

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

  • Delays due to incorrect address entry

Once a package leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

We are unable to issue refunds for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members

  2. Contact your local post office

  3. File a claim directly with the carrier

Wonders of the Delta is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

Please email wondersofthedelta@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging and damaged items

We will review and determine if a replacement is appropriate.

Local Pickup (If Applicable)

If local pickup is offered:

  • Customers will receive pickup instructions via email

  • Orders must be picked up within 7 days unless otherwise arranged
